DC mayor optimistic about Commanders’ future at RFK site

We’re hearing from D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser for the first time since the Senate passed the bill that would give the District control of the RFK site. The legislation makes D.C. an option for the Washington Commanders to build their new stadium.
