In the guidelines obtained exclusively by FOX Business, employees are told they may be entitled to a medical leave of absence "under the Family and Medical Leave Act, state law, and/or CVS Health policy."

The decision to hold the conference in Florida was made in 2019, according to a spokesperson for Out & Equal.

The Republican governor has not taken a public stance on the measure and it's unclear whether he will sign it into law.
