Baltimore-Washington International Airport

Just days after discovering a missile launch tube in a checked bag at an airport near Baltimore, authorities say they have located a second military grade weapon in the same area.

The U.S. Customs and Border Patrol says it has intercepted one of the world's most destructive pests of stored grains, cereals and seeds at two Washington-area airports this year.

A Southwest Airlines plane was preparing to take off from Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport Wednesday morning when it skidded on the runway. No injuries were reported.

While we reached a high temperature of 65 degrees in Washington D.C. on Monday, it was a totally different story two years ago as a historic snowstorm known as ?Snowzilla? slammed the nation?s capital.
