Weekend winter weather blast expected to bring some snow, wintry mix to DC region
The snow is gone -- for now! The winter blast that moved into our area Thursday night quickly passed through our region leaving behind about an inch of snow across the area. We won't see any more of the white stuff Friday but a storm system moving our direction is likely to bring a wintry mix our way Saturday and Sunday.
