All speed limits in City of Rockville now 35 mph or less
The City of Rockville is taking a small step they hope will make a big difference to help with all things pedestrian safety as they pursue their Vision Zero goals of no pedestrian fatalities by 2030. The highest speed limit you?ll find on a city-maintained road is now 35 miles per hour. FOX 5?s David Kaplan reports from Rockville.
