Tractor trailer crash in Montgomery County slows commute
It's unclear at this time if a tractor-trailer crash on I-370 westbound at MD-355 in Montgomery County was due to icy conditions. The crash blocked two lanes and the exit ramp. Emergency response teams are on the scene. Authorities expect an extended closure as they work to clear the crash.
