Man accused of stealing ambulance, crashing into at least 13 cars during police pursuit

A wild ambulance chase that started in Arlington and ended in the District led to an arrest Saturday. The suspect in the case is accused of stealing the ambulance and crashing into at least 13 cars -- including on state police vehicle -- as he fled from law enforcement.
