15-year-old Omar Fulcar is from the Dominican Republic and volunteers with several non-profits connected to the Fairfax County Health Department. FOX 5 and Easterns Automotive Group wanted to Pay It Forward by awarding Omar with a check for $1,000 to continue his good works in the community.

One organization in the DMV has seen that need increase and their goal is to provide restaurant quality meals to families in need.
