Last Thursday, a large tree fell across 75-year-old Maxine Sterling?s driveway, blocking the entrance to her home. The tree stood on her neighbor?s property, but since it fell on her driveway, the neighbor?s insurance company says it is Maxine?s responsibility to remove it.
