Montgomery County man accused of drugging, raping woman may have other victims: prosecutors

Prosecutors say a Montgomery County man who was already accused of raping one woman earlier this year had at least three additional victims, with the crimes stretching back more than a decade.

Prosecutors say Philip Kantor would meet women at a bar, then the women would blackout and eventually wake up inside of his home.

Back in January, the first of Kantor's alleged victims came forward and told authorities she met him at Clyde's in Chevy Chase, where he bought her a drink. From there, she couldn't remember much, eventually waking up in Kantor's bed, naked, and according to police, unable to move.

This week, prosecutors say three additional women have come forward since those initial charges, all with similar stories, saying Kantor raped them too -- one woman in 2007, another in 2010 and the third in 2011.

Montgomery County State's Attorney John McCarthy said if there are any additional victims out there, they should call the police.

Kantor is currently behind bars and being held without bond.
