Manassas building collapses amid high winds; no injuries

The collapse occurred Saturday at about 9 p.m. at 9414 Battle St.

The building was vacant and had most recently housed a dry-cleaning business.

Prince said investigators are continuing their work but currently believe high winds associated with winter weather were to blame.
