Arlington residents file lawsuit against 'Missing Middle' zoning ordinance

A group of Arlington residents have filed a lawsuit seeking to block zoning changes that would allow multi-family units to be built in the county. The suit alleges the "Missing Middle" zoning ordinance, now known as the "Expanded Housing Options," is against state zoning laws, and does not take into account needs like transportation, sewer, or water distribution.
