Gaithersburg man appears in court after attempted kidnapping at bus stop
A Gaithersburg man was held without bond Tuesday until a mental health evaluation can be done. A Montgomery County judge made the decision for the man arrested and charged with allegedly trying to kidnap a Redland Middle Schooler. FOX 5’s Stephanie Ramirez was inside the courtroom when the suspect had an outburst.
