The Federal Aviation Administration says the cause of their mass system outage that temporarily grounded all domestic flights was because of a "damaged database file." The Mercatus Center at George Mason University says U.S. air traffic control lags behind many nations when it comes to technology. Brent Skorup, a senior research fellow at the Mercatus Center, joins FOX 5 to discuss how it all happened and what's next.
