Our *break* from winter cold will end in just a few hours! It's a deceptively sunny and comfortable start to the day with temperatures approaching the low 50s again by early afternoon.

A winter weather system could possibly bring snow, rain and a wintry mix to parts of the D.C. area this weekend.

After we burn off the morning fog get ready to enjoy the return of at least partly sunny skies and another "mild for January" afternoon.
