It's been quite a winter-like week and this morning we're right back in the chill with temperatures ranging from the low to mid-20s to 32 degrees. As we work through the afternoon you may be able to shed a layer or two as we expect to climb into the low-50s which will feel much better than previous days this week. There could be more clouds and some passing showers south and east of D.C. Friday but most of the region stays dry.

Veterans Day Monday is going to get this week off to a good start. Some sunshine mixing with clouds, but a steady southwest wind will bring temperatures into the 60s later on this afternoon. Unfortunately, that’s about as good as it gets for the next week.
A salute to all Veterans today as we honor them for their service on Monday and the weather will be perfect! There will be many parades and outdoor activities Monday in neighborhoods across the D.C. region and the weather will be just right!
