Victim dies after being struck by vehicle, DC police still searching for driver
WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - D.C. police are still looking for a vehicle that struck a pedestrian, who succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday.
The crash occurred around 9 p.m. on Tuesday in the 1500 block of Rhode Island Avenue, Northeast.
Police are looking for a gray minivan with a black bike rack on the roof.
The vehicle was traveling west when it struck the person - who was not using a crosswalk.
The minivan sped away from the scene after striking the person, police say.
