Rockville murder suspect due in court Monday

The man accused of killing his next door neighbors in Rockville will make his first court appearance in this area Monday.

Scott Tomaszewski is accused of murdering Richard and Julianne Vilardo on Mother's Day.

He was arrested in Alaska two weeks ago while on a family trip.

He was brought back to the D.C. region on Friday night and is currently being held without bond.

Tomaszewski has reportedly confessed to the killings after breaking into the Vilardo's home.
