Geyser of water sprays into the air in downtown DC after water main break

A geyser of water shot high into the air after a water main break in downtown D.C.

Images showed the spray of water near the intersection of 16th Street and New Hampshire Avenue.

Crews are working on repairs at this time. Motorists can expect delays in the area.

Utility crews say the break is impacting 200 homes and 20 commercial businesses. They say the estimated time of restoration is between four to six hours.
