It's that time of the week when we say "Cheers to the weekend!" Every week, a different bartender joins us to share their signature cocktail. This week, JP Park, the bar manager of Sligo Cafe in Silver Spring joined us to make her Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice drink.

Cocktail: Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice
- 2 oz beet infused pisco
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz lemon thyme syrup
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a smacked thyme sprigg.
