WASHINGTON - Sunny skies and low humidity will make Monday one of the most comfortable days of the week across the Washington, D.C. region, with highs near 84 degrees.
Cooler morning temperatures across the region with sunshine expected to dominate much of the day. A few showers over western Maryland and West Virginia are fading as they move east, keeping the immediate area dry.
Westerly winds will help maintain low humidity, and skies may remain mostly clear through the first half of the day. Temperatures will climb into the upper 60s and low 70s by mid-morning and reach the low 80s by late afternoon, with dew points staying in the mid‑50s to low-60s.
Comfortable conditions continue into Tuesday before humidity increases midweek. By Wednesday, a plume of moisture will move closer to the region, bringing higher humidity along with scattered showers and thunderstorms. The weekend looks warmer and more humid but generally comfortable.
