Presidential motorcade causes major delays on beltway

There was gridlock on the beltway for hours Thursday night to make way for a presidential motorcade. President Biden was going from the White House to an event at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda. That motorcade temporarily shut down traffic on the beltway during the afternoon rush.
