Megan and Matt Bormet moved to Takoma Park, Maryland and noticed one thing missing…a bookstore. Not a chain, but a Mom & Pop bookstore. A bookstore that kids and adults could visit and let their imagination run wild. So one night at dinner, they decided to turn a page and become entrepreneurs. Two years and countless hours of hard work later you can find People’s Book in the heart of Takoma.
