Police: Woman scared of bad weather makes false burglary call for cops to respond

In Alabama, Kelley Ginibera, 39, is facing charges for allegedly falsely reporting a burglary to the Dothan police on January 9. Responding to her call, officers found no burglary in progress but discovered that Ginibera had made the report out of fear of bad weather.
