Woman injured after SUV crashes into Prince George's County home

KETTERING, Md. - A woman was injured when an SUV crashed into her Prince George's County home early Wednesday morning. The crash happened just before 1 a.m. in the 11300 block of Bennington Drive in Kettering.

The woman was sitting on a couch inside when a man crashed the vehicle through the front of the home. She was thrown across the room and has been transported to a local hospital. She is expected to survive.

The building has been condemned and is being inspected at this time. It is unclear what caused the accident. No information regarding the driver has been released at this time.
