Tree falls onto Metrobus carrying passengers

Thunderstorms in the D.C. area caused a large tree to fall onto a Metrobus nearby McPherson Square.

Metro says the bus was carrying passengers and they were all evacuated through the back door of the bus.

Another bus arrived at the scene to pick up the stranded passengers and continued on the route.

Metro says no one was injured from the incident.
