Prince George's County crash kills 1, injures 3, officials say

FORESTVILLE, Md. - A violent crash in Prince George's County killed a man and injured three women Thursday afternoon, according to officials.

The Prince George's County Fire Department said the crash happened at Pennsylvania Avenue and Brooks Drive in the Forestville area before 2:40 p.m. Three vehicles appeared to be involved in the crash.

"I saw the car went airborne and I couldn't believe how the car twisted and turned," witness Sidney Hill told FOX 5. "Basically they were going about 100 mph at the impact and they were swerving down the road. It's a tragedy."

The Prince George's County Police Department said it was investigating the scene and confirmed a man was killed and three women were injured.

The fire department reported multiple injuries at the scene and stated some victims were trapped in vehicles.
