Police: Video shows man blowing marijuana smoke into infant's mouth

A man was arrested after police say they saw video of him blowing marijuana smoke into the mouth of his infant child.

The incident began Sunday in Beaverton. Officers say they responded to a domestic disturbance call where 22-year-old Christopher Robert Kling and his wife were involved.

While there, officers say they were given video allegedly showing Kling smoking from a glass pipe then blowing the smoke into the mouth of an infant. The person who provided the video told police that marijuana was being smoked in the pipe and the infant was the man's son. The person also said that this was not the only time the recorded behavior had occurred.

Police contacted Kling, showed him the video, and arrested him. He faces charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and application of a controlled substance to another person.
