Police: Man exposed himself to child's backyard birthday party

Police say a man was arrested after he exposed himself to a neighbor's backyard birthday party.

Authorities say 49-year-old William J. Campbell went into his backyard and exposed himself while a neighbor was having a child's birthday next door.

The incident happened Saturday around 3 p.m. on the 21800 block of Railway Terrace in Sterling, Va.
