Montgomery County police looking for missing 76-year-old

MONTGOMERY COUNTY (FOX 5 DC) - Montgomery County police are asking for the public's help as they search for a missing 76-year-old man from White Oak.

Melvin Dowling was last seen leaving Cadia Healthcare facility on New Hampshire Avenue around 6:30 p.m. on July 2.

Dowling is an African-American man, who stands 6-foot-2, and weighs 185 pounds.

He is bald with brown eyes.

Police believe he may be traveling to D.C.

Police and Dowling's family are concerned about his physical welfare.
