Man shot, seriously injured inside DC business

Authorities say a man was seriously injured after being shot while inside a business Sunday in southeast D.C.

WASHINGTON - Authorities say a man was seriously injured after being shot while inside a business Sunday in southeast D.C.

The shooting was reported around 11 p.m. in the 3000 block of Martin Luther King Avenue.

Officials say the man was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

No arrests have been made.

High schooler shot outside KIPP DC in 'targeted attack'

A KIPP D.C. high schooler was shot on his way to school Friday morning, the second time a KIPP student was shot just outside the Northeast D.C. campus this year.
