Man shot dead after leaving party in Accokeek

Police in Prince George's are investigating a homicide after a man was shot dead early Sunday morning after leaving a party in the Accokeek area.

Officers say the shooting happened around 1 a.m. in the 15700 block of Hickory Knoll Court.

The victim, 20-year-old Daryl Sylvester King Jr., had left a party shortly before the shooting occurred.

Investigators have not motives or suspects at this time.
