Man found shot to death at Falls Church apartment building

FALLS CHURCH, Va. - Fairfax County police are investigating a man found fatally shot Tuesday at an apartment building in Falls Church.

Police say 35-year-old Babtunde Fadahunsi was found on the 23rd floor of the building at around 2:30 p.m. at the Skyline Towers Apartments in the 5500 block of Seminary Road.

A resident told FOX 5 that a maintenance worker found the victim and contacted authorities.

Police say Fairfax County Fire and Rescue initially responded to the scene. Once it was determined that the victim was dead, police were then contacted.

Detectives said they believe this was not a random event.

Police are asking for the public's help for any information on this case.
