Judge faces DUI charges after pulled over on way to court

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - A New York judge faces DUI charges after she was pulled over on her way to court.

According to an online report on KLFY.com, Rochester Judge Leticia Astacio was arrested on Saturday morning after she was involved in an accident.

The report says Astacio refused to take a breathalyzer. Astacio was scheduled to preside over criminal court cases that day.
