How much money do your kids get from the Tooth Fairy?

Here's a question for parents - how much money do your kids get from the tooth fairy?

It turns out that kids may be getting short changed! The so-called Tooth Fairy Poll, which has been tracking the going rate since 1998, finds kids are getting 11 percent less than they did this time last year.

The average payment is $4.13 per tooth. First time tooth loss usually gets kids about $5.70.

Despite the drop in in price, the Tooth Fairy still shelled out $271 million dollars for lost teeth in 2017.
