Heavy traffic in Maryland for July Fourth, tips to avoid it

BALTIMORE, Md. - The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) anticipates heavy traffic on the Bay Bridge through July Fourth.

The MDTA will implement two-way traffic operations to mitigate eastbound delays as long as weather permits.
