HBO filming to close DC streets Sunday

WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - A new HBO series is filming this weekend in the District, but you'll want to park somewhere else if you don't want to be towed.

The following streets will be closed till 7 p.m. Saturday:

Indiana Avenue NW between 4th and 5th streets

C Street NW between 3rd Street NW and 6th Street NW.

The filming is for "The Plot Against America," a new mini-series produced by David Simon of HBO's "The Wire."

The mini-series stars Winona Ryder, among others, and is an adaptation of a 2004 novel of the same name by Philip Roth.

Filming and more street closures will continue Sunday.
