Delays continue after earlier track work disrupted service along multiple Metro lines
WASHINGTON - Service has been restored after track work to Metro's Blue, Orange, and Silver lines caused early morning service disruptions.
Service along portions of those lines was shut down around 5:15 a.m. Service was restored around 6 a.m., however, Metro did say some delays would continue.
Buses were brought in to to service passengers along lines that were delayed.
