DC police: Woman sexually assaulted, possibly by Uber driver

WASHINGTON - Police are on the lookout for a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Northwest D.C.

D.C. police say the suspect could be a driver for the popular rideshare service Uber.

The assault happened somewhere between 2 a.m. and 3:50 a.m. on Sunday. Police say a black male between 25 and 35 years old attacked the woman in or around Grant Circle near Petworth.

Police do have a description of the suspect's vehicle. It is described as white sports car-type vehicle with black leather seats.
