300 Men March makes way to DC; brings attention to violence in Baltimore

WASHINGTON - A walk to end violence made its way into the District Monday.

Members of the 300 Men March made a 35 mile journey from Baltimore to D.C. The group hopes to bring attention to the rising violence in Baltimore.

They began Sunday night and encouraged other to make the walk with them. The entire trip took nearly 20 hours.

The group is due to arrive on the National Mall Monday afternoon.

There have been more than 200 murders in Baltimore this year following riots that caused widespread damage to the city.
