2 dead after Prince George's County shooting, police say

CLINTON, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - Prince George's County police are investigating a crime scene on Surratts Village Drive in Clinton after two shooting victims were found at the location.

Police responded to the scene near Piscataway Road around 7 p.m. Thursday evening. At that time both victims were taken to a local hospital.

Around 9:40 p.m., investigators said the victims had succumbed to their injuries.

Police have not identified the victim.

Police have not released any information about possible suspects, but a red Jaguar that had several bullet holes was a target of their investigation at the crime scene.

They also found cash on the ground at the scene, and are trying to determine who the money belonged to.
