2 children, 4 adults forced out into cold after fire at Laurel home

LAUREL, Md. - Two children and four adults were forced out into the cold after an early morning fire at a home in Prince George's County.

The fire was reported around 4 a.m. in the 7800 block of Carissa Lane in Laurel.

It appears that the fire may have started in the basement. A cause has not yet been discovered.

None of the occupants were injured in the fire.
