2 Anne Arundel County police officers injured after being involved in collision with each other

JESSUP, Md. - Two Anne Arundel County police officers were injured after their cruisers crashed into each other while responding to a call Wednesday night, police say.

Police received a call about the accident at around 9:30 p.m. The accident happened at Route 175 and Race Road in Jessup.

Both officers were transported to Shock Trauma in Baltimore with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say one of the officers rear-ended their cruiser into the other officer's vehicle.

Police are continuing to investigate the crash.
