1 dead in early morning mobile home fire in Charles County

BRYANS ROAD, Md. - One person was killed in an early morning fire in a mobile home in Charles County, Maryland. Firefighters say the blaze was reported around 5:40 a.m. in the town of Bryans Road along the 1700 block of Marshall Hall Road.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. The name of the person killed has not been released.

It is not known if there were any working smoke alarms inside the home.
