ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Excessive rains continued to cause substantial traffic problems in the downtown Annapolis area Tuesday morning.
Street and lane closures were in effect as flooding impacted major roadways including Dock and Compromise streets, according to officials.
Photos and videos from the area show water encroaching upon the popular City Dock area.
The Annapolis Office of Emergency Management said water levels could continue to rise in the near future, and urge motorists to not attempt driving through standing water.
