FOX 5 partners with Red Cross for blood drive to help address urgent shortage

FOX 5 once again partnered with the Red Cross Tuesday for two blood drives in Maryland and Virginia to address an urgent shortage. FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart was there as volunteers and donors came together to help out.
