The continued gun violence in and around the DMV is not letting up. Homicides in D.C. are up 38% over last year and the violence is random and indiscriminate. Gun violence prevention activist Marcus Ellis who heads up Peace for DC talks about the troubling trend and the big-picture strategic plan he says leaders in the District need to develop going forward.
