Judge orders return of second man deported to El Salvador
In a similar case to Kilmar Abrego Garcia's - a Trump appointed judge in Baltimore ruled the Administration needs to try to bring a second man back from El Salvador as well.�The judge ruled the man named only as "Cristian" was removed without due process. The Trump Admin accused him of being a member of the Tren de Aragua gang from Venezuela.� Cristian was here seeking asylum.� Trump deported him under the Alien Enemies Act - a 200-year-old wartime law that gives the President power to deport people from enemy nations.

Republican Senator Thom Tillis came out this week and said he couldn't back Ed Martin for U.S. Attorney for D.C.� Trump announced on Truth Social that he was pulling the nomination and instead tapping Fox News personality and former prosecutor Judge Jeanine Pirro for the job.� She will be Interim DC U.S. Attorney -� and would have to be confirmed by the Senate to get the job full time.

President Trump goes on record claiming he "could" bring back Kilmar Abrego Garcia who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador but refuses to do so. Trump insists Garcia is a member of MS 13 - and says the "proof" is the tattoos Garcia has on his hands-- which many say appear doctored in the photos. This, even though the Supreme Court upheld a Maryland judge's order for Trump Admin to facilitate Garcia's return home. Trump told ABC News it is not his decision to make and he has attorneys working on the case.
