Judge orders return of second man deported to El Salvador

In a similar case to Kilmar Abrego Garcia's - a Trump appointed judge in Baltimore ruled the Administration needs to try to bring a second man back from El Salvador as well.�The judge ruled the man named only as "Cristian" was removed without due process. The Trump Admin accused him of being a member of the Tren de Aragua gang from Venezuela.� Cristian was here seeking asylum.� Trump deported him under the Alien Enemies Act - a 200-year-old wartime law that gives the President power to deport people from enemy nations.

Ed Martin out, Jeanine Pirro in for U.S. Attorney for DC

Republican Senator Thom Tillis came out this week and said he couldn't back Ed Martin for U.S. Attorney for D.C.� Trump announced on Truth Social that he was pulling the nomination and instead tapping Fox News personality and former prosecutor Judge Jeanine Pirro for the job.� She will be Interim DC U.S. Attorney -� and would have to be confirmed by the Senate to get the job full time.

Trump says he could bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia home, but refuses

President Trump goes on record claiming he "could" bring back Kilmar Abrego Garcia who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador but refuses to do so. Trump insists Garcia is a member of MS 13 - and says the "proof" is the tattoos Garcia has on his hands-- which many say appear doctored in the photos. This, even though the Supreme Court upheld a Maryland judge's order for Trump Admin to facilitate Garcia's return home. Trump told ABC News it is not his decision to make and he has attorneys working on the case.

The Equal Rights Center is suing a DC landlord accusing them of discrimination. They claim the MO Apartment Complex in Union Market discriminates against people with housing vouchers, low incomes and those with criminal records. Diddy is lawyering up and adding Young Thug's attorney to his legal team. Brian Steel, the rapper's attorney, called out an Atlanta judge during his trial for forcing him to reveal privileged information.

Judge believes Trump Administration should be held in contempt

A DC judge believes the Trump Administration should be held in contempt for defying his orders last month over immigrant deportations. Judge Boasberg ruled anyone on deportation flights should be returned to the states-- even if they were already in the air headed to their destinations.

Deported Maryland man update

The DOJ wants appeals court to toss a lower court order forcing the administration to facilitate Abrego Garcia's return, provide proof he is alive and well and show their work when it comes to the steps they are allegedly taking to bring him back.
