Fresh from their dramatic playoff run, the Loudoun South Little League baseball team is still collecting honors.

This weekend, the team will be honored by the Washington Nationals.

The Virginia State and Southeast Regional champions will visit D.C.’s MLB team on Saturday, Aug. 31 at 4:15 p.m.

Loudoun South is the first Virginia team to make it to Williamsport since 1994.

The team lost to Louisiana 10-0, last week concluding their Little League World Series run.
