Virginia man charged with sexual assault of 9-year-old
A Manassas man faces charges after police say he sexually assaulted a 9-year-old girl.
46-year-old Andrew Forsyth faces 13 charges, including aggravated sexual battery and forcible sodomy.
Detectives believe the assaults on the girl, who is related to Forsyth, occurred between January 2014 and June 2015.
Forsyth was arrested over the weekend and is being held without bond.
